Some frame machining for various purposes.

Just thought that I need a alu frame for a gun, now it turned to guns and at least three frames, or four will be made.
One side done.
Mocking the part on Badger just to see if the overall dimensions are sound.
Not ment for this rifle but I think it could end up on it.

Yes and no, only ar grip is used, I hate the imperial thread on the buffer tube systems. And to be honest, all the buffer tube furniture looks the same.
Some 35-50L of chips from two frames.

A lot, and alot of time consuming to mill the contours with ball endmill. Roughing amd finishing about 4h per side. I need to optimize the code some if I'm making more of them.
