1 meter is 1.094 yards, 3.281 feet, 39.37 inches, roughly 39 1/3 inches.
The target should be at 39ft 4 inches.

10 meters = 393.701 inches = 32 feet and  9.701 inches.

1 meter = 39.37 inches.
Show me where 39 inches are shorter than 36 inches.
