Im fixing to do a 95 vortex . Just should be like the spring except its a ram.Ive never did a hatsan but looking its the trigger thats you got to eatch and that spring and ball in the safety.. Anyway should be have it in your compressor with a little pressure then remove the last pin then back it off till it's all loose then remove the guts as normal.Like you ill be finding out any hatsan surprise as i go i guess. Should be the same but a ram instead of a spring?https://anotherairgunblog.blogspot.com/2014/03/webley-hatsan-patriot-tear-down.html?m=1Then i guess its what type ram you need and if available.A 95 i think is a type 1. Not easy to get outside of hatsan support?
Thanks all for the help. I got the gun fixed. Steve, thanks for the link. The video entitled "pt. 1 of 2 Hatsan 125/135 " by Mike Ellingsworth showed exactly what I needed to know to fix my problem.
I checked the velocity with the new piston and found it to be 69 fps slower than the original piston. I was getting 665 fps with 31 gr. RWS Superdomes and only 596 fps with the new piston.
