I expect I’m like a lot of people, as my knowledge of airguns and their inner workings grows, my tolerance of deficiencies in factory-built guns diminishes, and the quicker I am to tear into a gun to address whatever shortcomings become evident. Number of guns I have not tinkered with: 0
I feel like the engineers are much smarter than I so I don’t need to re engineer my guns. Who tinkers? Who leaves stuff alone?
I tinker. I don’t care how much they cost, they all get messed with. They are just entertainment to me. I buy them to serve me, not the other way around. But I also understand both sides of the coin here. Dave

I buy a gun based on the potential it can be .

I got a notice today from PA. For a mere $100 they will tune an Avenger. Not a specific tune, but you get to choose between Eco, Pro, and HP.
