Loving my HW95 but not so at first. Right out of the box the barrel droop was obvious. I had to add 4 coke can shims to get the scope zeroed so that was even more disappointing. I searched around and chatted a bit until someone put me on the "Holy Barrel Droop Batman" thread, started by Bayman. Looking deeper I found my cocking arm binding on the breech block like in Bayman's thread. I reached out to Bayman and he graciously explained how to repair my HW95 and to ditch the shims. I would say it's not for the faint of heart but I'm so glad I tackled it. Now my barrel is pleasing to look at which is very important to me and it was easy to zero. I never got great groups on paper before but now it's a tack driver. The lack of binding between the cocking arm and the breech block allows the barrel lock-up to be consistent / repeatable. It's also easier to cock / break. There was a nasty click when it was un bound every time. The closing of the breach during lock up is smoother, quieter and easier now too.
