I know there is a way release the trigger when cocked without firing the rifle. Can someone help. I need a manual, but the one online been taken off I believe.

On my .45 Challenger, I just hold the cocking lever back and pull the trigger easing the lever forward. Hang on to the handle good so it doesn’t fly forward.
