Cant say but $20 for a ready to go piston looks worth it , drop it right in and gohttp://zypcppump.com/product/original-yongheng-air-pump-piston/(I dont know your model maybe a one for all part?)
Just bought a unit for $39 - but off of a trusted source.
If yours is like mine... those seals are thick rings made of a plastic feeling material. You are able to find them in a 20 pack or something. Grabbed a bunch of spares when I originally bought my compressor.Always have a few parts on hand to keep yourself up and running.

The question is, how do you remove and then replace them?

I tried replacing the stage 2 seals on mine, did not go well. The end cap was a bear to unscrew, should have used more heat on the loctite. Also should have chased the threads as I broke the threaded shaft when reassembling.boiling water was not working well for me for reinstall of the seals and I gave up.However I did a couple of the 2nd stage piston assemblies with seals installed and that worked fine.
