From what I found on the web, it appears to be a Cometa Fenix 400 Air Rifle made in Spain.
That rifle gets good reviews and seems to be of good quality. Dave

They are Cometa's from Spain. Nice guns that shoot a bit above their price points. Used to be able to find Cometa airguns for sale here in the US in years past but they have largely disappeared from our market. Not superb brilliantly built airguns, but nice. In my opinion built nicer than the typical Gamo or Hatsan and certainly better built than the Chinese stuff.
