To be clear, it is not really the safety problem, but the gun cannot be cocked after firing a shot: the trigger mechanism simply cannot catch the spring. The only solution close it and dry fire, and after which you can cock the gun again. It happens very frequently with light pellets (every other time with 7gr pellets) but rarely with heavy pellets (once every 50 shots with 8.2gr pellets). Pretty annoying for an otherwise great gun.
This is really confusing to me... I have the new Feinwerkbau Sport, and the recoil does reengage the safety sometimes, but it doesn't disrupt the mechanics in any way. If the safety reengages I can still cock it, load it, disengage the safety, and fire it without taking any extra steps. What do you mean about not being able to cock the rifle again when the safety gets reengaged?
