So with the daylight ending earlier now, I am just getting home when the sun is going down. Would like to be able to extend the shooting time as much as possible. Am starting to look into the NVG/Thermal side of things for hunting. Having used state of the art NVG/Thermal while in the military I would LOVE to have one of those units... but alas my wife and bank account will not allow anything like that. So that leaves me to something that is far cheaper, yet still able to get the job done.So looking for something that can be used to hunt small game in low light to no light.Nothing over a $1k if possibleWould like an add on to the scope so I can use the scope during the day and not have to worry about batteries for day timeSomething durable and not going to break due to normal wear and tear on out gear.So what do you guys have, use, or recommend?

Since I am off work for quarantine, I will see if the monocular I put the link in for would work with a camera scope mount, granted I only have the cheapest versions but can test the theory. I thought I saw a thermal monocular, type device that will mount to any scope, but forget where I saw that item, may be UK only
