The scope is 1.46" over the bore. At 10 yards there should only be roughly 1.5" of difference between POA and POI. Instead it's 5.5" under the POA. Open sights that mount to the breech and barrel will be fine. They are on the same plane. However Peep sights mounted on the the receiver will run out of upward adjustment. Neither matter this gun will be scoped.
Ron walked me through a barrel bending. He knows how to do it but 5.5" is a LOT. Can you send the barrel back?
Welcome to my world Ron. My barrel was worse when I bought my gun new. I think AOA bent the barrel down and bent the cocking link. I was too dumb to know. My 22 barrel was straight, butI had to tweak it up, just not as far as the original.I think Fritz isn’t getting things square at the factory.
You can bend the barrel to cure the symptom or your can look it over very carefully and perform a bit of magic with a file to solve the problem with the fit. Personally I'd seek to fix the problem rather than the symptom.

Personally I'd seek to fix the problem rather than the symptom. This is a lot to bend I'll try other methods. A few people here have swapped barrels between these two gun types without issues so I assumed the interchange but it's not something I got from a parts catalog. Although I think some Hw80 and Hw85 (same receiver as Hw95) barrels share the same part number.I'm hesitant to file the seat area on the breech because I'm unsure if the gun will still lock up properly with the chisel lowered. There's a third possibility that I came up with and that is to shim the bolt on stop detent and stock hanger. This would lower the stop, raise the barrel and keep the relationship with chisel unchanged. It would also be easily reversible
