Try to remember that even if that was a tube for each sticker the total volume is probably only a few ounces. I guess I am lucky most of my blood draws are one stick and done. I have only had a med tec try to dig for oil once and as soon as she started fishing I told her to take the needle out of my arm and send in somebody who knew what they were doing.

She ended up only getting a vial and a half instead of 2. Then she dropped one on the floor. I told her that the first vial better be enough because she ain't sticking me again.I have a whole sleeve of tattoos and have no fear of needles but, that woman was drilling for oil. You can't get blood when you run the needle through the vein and out the other side.OUCH! That doesn’t sound like a good time. I am a phlebotomists dream. I have the Amazon river of veins running down my arms. That’s extra good for me when it’s time to donate.

LOL @ bloodwork. Almost as fun as when they pulled my wisdom teeth without anesthetic, or as I tell friends, "How I discovered I have a very high pain tolerance"
Nothing today, winds wreaking havoc around here, staying indoors, do not want to be out with the "leaner" trees. More trees will probably come down with this approaching front. Just one of the side effects after a major hurricane. It would be a great challenge, I just don't feel like spending the rest of the day in the ER or morgue.
