Beautiful sunny day, low 40's. I decided to get outside and shoot a bit in my backyard range. I set up a line of green army men and shook the winter dust off my 470th. I was having an oddly hard time seeing the army men in my scope, the green blended into the shadow so well. After I had taken down the first lineup, I realized I was shooting with my glasses on. My transition lens glasses! After I took them off I could see them much better!
I did do a little indoor plinking today with my Crosman 150.
Geez they go down fighting. Have yet to see one around here, only the occasional field mouse.
Wait are you shooting 'through' a chain link fence?
i had 10 minutes to spare so i took the new HW30 into the basement to put a few rounds through it and start the break in period.55 minutes and 200 pellets later and i'm still having fun. i shoot in my small basement wood shop. i cut up some oak into 1/2" cubes (50 of them) and placed them around the shop. standing in a corner i shoot them off what ever i placed them on. them oak cubes bouncing around after a hit was puttin a huge smile on this old man's face. i'm really loving this HW30. when it's time to hand it down to my grandson, i'm going to have get myself an HW50 Hunter.
Shot half of one of Ed’s targets.Practicing breath and trigger control for upcoming season.Still need some work.21-30 very sloppy...
14X....Everybody else is going to 16X but I have alot invested in my Tactical Hawkes.Motorhead was National Champion at 12X so 14 should be good enough...
