Yong Heng compressor

Anyone tried antifreeze/coolant instead of plain water in the Yong Heng.

Water cools better than antifreeze,  antifreeze simply lowers the freezing point.

Anyone tried antifreeze/coolant instead of plain water in the Yong Heng.

I have been using Water Wetter for years with no issues.
My Yong Heng runs about 30 degrees cooler with it.

 Only reason I would use antifreeze, would be if the unit could be exposed to freezing temps. I do use water wetter and anti corrosive additive to my water supply on my water cooled compressor.
