The wall thickness is actually (0.610-0.468) / 2 = 0.071".... At 4500 psi, and made of mild steel (Yield strength of 53 Ksi) that works out to a safety factor of 3.0, which should be sufficient.... If it is better material, then that would be higher.... It looks to me like somebody actually did the math, which is reassuring.... Checking on the threaded portions is more complicated, you need the minimum diameter of the male thread, but visually it appears to be larger than the narrowed neck.... For the female portion, you need the OD of the part and the maximum diameter of the female thread to determine the wall thickness.... The OD would be the thinnest where the wrench flats are.... but the threads may not be under pressure, depending on where the O-rings are....Bob
