Shot the CMP 853’s in the basement at 10 meters, I’ll take five shots within 3/8” any time. Yes, that was my best, with the Champions Choice competition pellets. I’ve got some Diablo Match Premium that don’t do as well as them.

I've got the .177 Gauntlet on the bench in the Red Shed this morning.I bought this gun from the GTA classifieds for $100 plus shipping I think I ended up tossing a bit extra in at the final cost to me of $150.It was sold to me with the advertised slow leak and yes, it does have a slow leak. But it hold air for an entire shooting session and beyond.. I just refill it before shooting sessions and it's just fine. I'll most likely wait until the gun develops further issues and fix the leak then.. The seller suggested in may be in the bottle block area and suspects a nicked oring.. Not sure I agree because I've found the gun in my gun case with the rubber foster cover lying in the bottom of the case as if it popped off.Anyways... it's still a bit cold outside to comfortably shoot but it's supposed to warm up nicely today. The gauge was down below the green zone but not completely empty when I got it out this morning so I fired up the Vevor and filled it up before I came back in to let things warm up out there.I don't think much has been done to this gun.. I don't remember the seller mentioning any upgrades. I did order and install the Hajimoto bottle/barrel band. I just don't like barrels hanging out there unsupported. (personal peeve)
