Your way down near Charleston, probably 3 1/2 hours from me in Pittsburgh.  I know up near Morgantown and the northern area, there are 1/2 dozen shooters ..... we have had fun shoots near Uniontown, PA.  As OleTomCat suggests .... look on the map.

I sold my gun and scope.  I'm in the process of waiting to get a new scope and gun so I can do some competitions.  I'm still trying to determine what scope I want and kinda hesitant on the gun I want.  Budget is about $3k total.
