Air Gun Gate / Re: So.....what did you shoot today?« Last post by splitbeing on Today at 03:18:41 PM »Here's a thought:
Make clothes for a zombie out of paper bag. Tape the ketchup packet to the underside. When shot, the bag will tear along with the packet, allowing the ketchup to run down the bag, which will also absorb some and so reveal a gross trail once the blood has dripped down slowly 57 bottle style. 5
PCP/CO2/HPA Air Gun Gates "The Darkside" / Re: Benjamin Fortitude Leak Question« Last post by Robert 5mm on Today at 03:13:51 PM »Usually when a slow leak occurs at high pressure and then eventually stops, it is because of one of two reasons: I think I understand and I am going to top of the line O-Rings this time on all locations. Last time I used some HF and some Captain O-Rings ( I did not have all the sizes - so I used some HF ) Thanks. I did try the balloon tests on the barrel - nope. 6
German AirGun Gate / Re: Difference between the 16J and 20J HW97K?« Last post by triggerfest on Today at 03:04:43 PM »The original poster was only asking if the difference between the two power levels is only the spring so that if he purchases the 16J version, he can later go full power if he choose to and that there was no permanent unalterable restrictions in the gun beyond the spring in order to achieve this. So the difference is 4J only obviously. Will you notice that ? Not really. The only reason why Krale sells the 16J version as well, while there are no power restrictions in Netherlands, people like to have a 16J version out of the box (= UK power limit restriction) to shoot FT/HFT competition on UK rules. In that case not more than 16J is allowed. But also no tune or spring exchange is needed. 7

PCP/CO2/HPA Air Gun Gates "The Darkside" / Urgan2 mod« Last post by GARY T on Today at 02:56:12 PM »Hey all,
Recently took delivery of a Uragan2 in 30 cal. Fantastic shooter I've only had it out once sighted in at 50 and 100yards with a ok scope. Waiting for new Discovery ffp. I'll post results later. My question is I'm toying with the idea of adding a STO or Behemoth by Edgun moderator. From various reviews here and airgun nation the STO gets high marks and gets more comments while the Behemoth has less comments and reviews. Some comments have indicated a potential issue with the STO getting fouled with lead dust. On the other hand the Behemoth has a repair kit that address the issue. So, what to do? Comments appreciated. Gary 9
Air Gun Gate / Re: Trimming the herd« Last post by triggerfest on Today at 02:52:47 PM »I always keep the herd at 5 airguns max (air pistols excluded, well that is one, since I am not a pistolero).
If I want something new, that means something else will need to leave. At the moment the herd is trending towards PCP only and I will have to create a void for a .25 caliber PCP 10
