Yes bulk buying is the key. But one problem I,m have now, is I,m just now getting (back) into air rifles! As you know there are many pellets to chose from before finding the right one for a given gun. I know that's just the way it is. But I,m trying to avoid the extra shipping cost in trying this one & that one as you already know. Fly

Fly Easy way to test without buying 12-15+ tins is go to Straight Shooters and get one of their pellets samplers. They have them in .177, .22 and .25 and have something like 18 different types/weights/brands.
