Snowpeak sr900s in the United States?
(1/1)
dabadguy396:
Can anyone tell me where to get a .22 sr900s side lever spring rifle? In the United States or somewhere that ships worldwide? Everytime I Google snowpeak rifles I can't ever find any in the United States all the sites are foreign and don't specify if they ship to USA. I even check the website FAQ the only snow peak airguns I can find are that sp500 air pistol couple other common snow peak I also understand they are called Artemis and I can't find those either? I want to get a hold of one of the sr900s and turn it into a break barrel pistol I have been looking and doing a lot of research and that is the shortest decently powered spring pistol in 22 caliber that is actually short enough to cut the butt off and the barrel down to make it a pistol. The reason I'm doing this because there are really no decent 22 caliber brake barrel pistols besides the hatsan model 25 supercharger but it's not as powerful as I like I really want something like the Gamo Magnum it has a nice pistol grip so if I cut the butt off that end would be right but like every other break barrel air rifle they are all too long. The snow peak sr900s is perfect for it it would be a decent size pistol I recently took a 25 caliber hatsan edge barrel and mechanism and dropped it into a 45 caliber aea Challenger bullpup stock and cut the butt off and made a slice down the center for the brake barrel cocking arm, and contact cemented the whole thing and put Louis Vuitton leather material. And also cut the barrel off to about 5 in above the joint where it cocks. And I welded on a huge nut on the cocking arm for a huge 1inch bolt that's about 6 inches long to use as a foregrip. I did this so you can take the bolt on and off when you cock it so it doesn't get in the way and you just give about one turn and it's back on, i also covered the nut and bolt both in Louis Vuitton leather as well. and the nut and the end of the bolt I used a lighter tan lv leather instead of the dark brown and covered the grip in animal fur. When I wrapped the gun in Louis Vuitton leather all the folds came to the back end where the hatsan edge has the push safety. And I used a little trim nail to pin all the folds down and then his the folds by covering them with a gold Versace Medusa that you would find on the tongue of a shoe or a belt buckle. Then I welded a little connector at the very end of the barrel and for the moderator I took a tip off of a pressure washer and it screwed right on the connector. The pressure washer tip looked like the inside of a silencer. It had baffles on the outside so I drilled tiny little holes every other column so they didn't line up all the way through and contact cemented foam around the outside of the pressure washer tip and cut a bout an inch and a half or 2 inch in diameter Chrome pipe about 5 inches long and stuffed the whole thing up in the chrome pipe and it perfect up inside it. Then tomorrow I am welding on cap ends on it and drilling holes in them for the pellet to travel through and screwing it onto the connector at the end of the barrel. Before this I was just using the pressure washer tip with holes drilled in it and foam jammed up in it and it was quite quiet but I feel that since the outer part look like baffles it would be a better idea to wrap it and foam and jam it up in a pipe like a real moderator. I have dieseled it a couple times and it shot through a metal toolbox front and back so it's pretty powerful. However I can't do no modifying on the inside now because the bullpup stock was so short it didn't reach the mounting screws of the hatsan edge barrel and tube mechanism so I had to weld on little arms and screw them into the stock and welded over the screws. And found a screw that fit the bottom of the mechanism thru the trigger housing and it tightened the end down to the stock so it's not going nowhere I also sawed off the buttstock and filed off the bluing and polished it to where it has a mirror tint and took some little Louis Vuitton gold bar looking things that go on the side of some lv sunglasses that broke and glued them up on each side of the cocking arm. but it is still way too long. My goal was a pistol. so my next project is turning a good gas piston or spring powered rifle into a powerful break barrel pistol. And putting a .25 cal barrel kit on the Diana bandit .22 I just ordered. I already Gucci'd out my umarex strike point .22 and put a forgrip on it made from a handle that you would see on a hammer drill or an angle grinder. And for my aea challenger .457 bullpup I put on a hand picatinny rails on the underside of the stock and put on a barrel/bottle clamp that's how's three picatinny rails one on the bottom and one on each side and in front of hand stopper i put a naked lady foregrip that was 3D printed and put a laser on the top of the barrel.. Next is a moderator. I need a .22 or preferably a .25 break barrel with a pistol grip and a short barrel and tube to make a strong spring pistol. I want at least 1000 fps for the .22 and 800!or 900 FPS for a 25. How can I get the sr900s shipped to Muncie Indiana?
jjohnsonlta:
Snowpeak does not have a USA distributor. Try Krale in the Netherlands. They ship to the USA.

Moving to the China gate...
lefteyeshot:
Kris, I don't know if you were ever able to get SR900. Aceros De Hispania in Spain has them. Shipped here to Geogia, $306.
sandog1:
You might try Wes at airgunarcheryfun in Canada, he stocks a lot of Artemis Snow Peak stuff, I imagine he could get an sr900 for you.
Chris, you'd be doing our eyes a favor if you'd break up that big mass of text into a good half dozen paragraphs. I read a few sentences and gave up before I got a headache.
