Running into problems

 We ended up having to buy a new PC last fall. Starting out everything works fine, very fast.
 But since the beginning of the year GTA has become slow to load, slow to post.????
 Everything else works fine. I visit Airgun Warriors with no problems/hesitation, and the same with Airgun Nation.

When I come here now, and click on something it goes really slow, and sometimes tells me it's "Timed Out".  What the h3ck is that?
Just posted a reply to someone and it took almost 4 minutes (with the little wheel turning) to show up.

It's the cold. It thickens up the TCP/IP so it runs slower through the cold wires.

On my Samsung A35 phone GTA usually runs slower than AGN, Amazon, etc.

Our satellite Internet service greatly slowed down starting in late November and has been getting worse.

I get "Gateway Timed Out" and "Server stopped responding" multiple times a day now. GTA is the worst site for that, but it's not the only one.

My husband thinks too many people are using our provider's satellite. I think it's that or the the same number ramping up their hours online--partly due to very cold and windy behavior. Too much time spent indoors.
