PRODUCT REVIEW - H&N SLUGS VS PELLETS - Air Arms S510 US XS w/Hawke Frontier FFP

GTA-Airgunner:
Slugs vs Pellets.  That seems to be the big discussion these days. Well it’s about time someone just shot them objectively and let people make up their own minds with real, “facts not fluff” data.  That’s what we’re doing today.  I picked the most accurate H&N Slug at my disposal along with the most accurate pellet I could find for the Air Arms S510 Ultimate Sporter XS in .22 which happened to be the Air Arms 18 Grain Pellets.  I mounted the Hawke Frontier FFP 4-20 side focus scope (awesome scope by the way) and then got down to some testing.  I shot at 30, 50, and 100 yards and the results were very interesting to say the least.  I had near perfect conditions with just a little bitt of wind gusting every now and then.  All in all it was a great day and I learned what I’ll be shooting for ammo going forward!
