Meat, bean and cheese burritos for lunch.Pumpkin pie for dessert.The neighbors gave us two HUGE pumpkin pies yesterday. Half of the house doesn’t eat desserts so that leaves the other half of us that do, the duty of finishing these things off. There are maybe two pieces left of the first pie and still a whole pie left. Might have to make it a meal!

Finished the last of the wings... these were what didn't get prepped for the competition. Just cooked with no sauce. So I tossed them in some "Homeboy's" Habanero Mustard...So good, but I bet I pay for it in the morning.

Not quite as sweet but close. Maybe a little more fiber texture as well. Once again... it's a whole different eating experience here in the south. You will always find things on every menu such as sweet tater pie, cobbler, pound cake, grits, greens and ocra. They're common as corn and green beans in the north.

Hoosier Momma had a craving for something like what we had in Mexico... So I dug in the freezer and came up with some Marinated Salmon Fillets to bake and fresh asparagus that I steamed then buttered with Parisian cheese.Finished it off with a "Banana-Bacardi" smoothy for desert.
