My 909s is being tuned at the moment, I have many hundreds EPP/UG rounds, hundreds of roundballs, several 170-180gr Air venturi hollowpoints (those shoot good after I fill the hollow cavity with leather) a few bags of Robert Vogel hollowpoints ( I like them, they shoot real well but just can't afford to shoot them)so I'm looking for a good 200-250gr slug, I prefer it to be on the cheap side, I like the prices Dash Caliber has (how is the 200gr ROA by the way ?)Chris I know you probably are the formost expert on slugs for the .45 Korean, so any tips are well taken Thanks.anyone else that likes to chime in I would really appreciateThanksM
Thanks Chris, I just ordered a batch of Lyman 250gr, I see if I can post a picture of them..457 250gr Lyman from Dash CaliberIs this a good design ?
You would love the 909s, is such a nice rifle, pretty lightweight well balanced, scary accurate with a huge variety of ammo, you can have it stock and shoot the 150gr EEP/UG all day, very cheap round, cheaper than roundballs, you would get a good 5 shots in the 200 FPE plus follow ups.or you can tune her to either 2 power shots at the same fps over 300 FPE plus follow ups, or 3 powershots in the 300 FPE plus follow ups.I wouldn't think twice about gettin a 909s
What's the best way to ship my 909 for a tune?
