Mitchell, can you share a picture of what you came up with? Thanks for the confirmation...I wasn't turning up anything in a search.Jeff, it is a .177 cal. Over the last 5 years or so I've had very good results with pretty much all the various RWS wadcutters in this caliber. However in .22 I haven't had any luck finding one that I could really recommend, not even the Meisterkugelns. That role has been filled instead by the most unexpected of pellets...Daisy's hollowpoints. They group well in several of my rifles. They punch clean holes in paper and are downright brutal on small game and pests.https://www.gatewaytoairguns.org/GTA/index.php?topic=200653.0
Do you have Gamo 22 caliber Match Wadcutters available up there?

Jason, Sorry this took so long. Here is a pic or two of the PETG printed guide. It's holding up well considering how long it's been in there. I will happily print you dozens and send them to you if you like. I am a terrible photographer, forgive the pics. The nice thing about PETG is that it is rigid and durable, yet soft enough being plastic that it does not mar or scratch. I will redraw it in CAD and try a new one with the resin printer as long as I have the gun apart. I need to get this thing apart and clean it up anyway. This is the ugly little rifle with that valve in it.
I resin printed a few dozen last night but didn't like the way they turned out. I am printing another version right now as I type. Here is a screencap of the cad file... the part itself is very small. I will send out a handful to anybody that wants them. Got Jason's and Tennx's info. I will be sending them on Thursday for free to those who ask for them. I hope they help.Mitch
I sent out a few guides to those that pm'd me and sent addresses. I think they help but unsure just how much. Perhaps I have fooled myself to think the stroke is smoother. This drawing is crude but you get the idea. I removed the felt, the washer, and the black sleeve so the guide at the bottom, the pin and spring. Please post here if you install this and if it seems to help. I may make another batch down the road.
