The Q valve throat size is 37% larger in area than the Disco.
QuoteThe Q valve throat size is 37% larger in area than the Disco. Does the DAQ also run higher pressures?.... What is the force from the air pressure holding the poppet closed on the two guns?.... and how does that compare to the momentum of the hammers?....Bob

I do know that when I converted my Condor to 25 caliber I first went with a talon tunes heavy hammer and stock spring . But I still needed a little more power to get the energy I wanted with the 52 grain bullets . Pull those pieces out put a stock talon hammer with out the condor weight and a longer stronger spring and gained the energy I needed . Very none scientific but real world with the same fill rate. So for the same Momentum, more travel gives more Energy.... To my thinking, that means more travel means more choices of spring and preload, and a greater chance of not running out of either.... Lloyd - your thoughts?...
