Started this project some weeks ago and thought you people might like to see some work done.
Basic design is made by couple of people who's names start with a letter T. So the designing credits goest to TPL. I made some changes that I liked more in my own gun. Frame and airtube are stainless, breech is 7075.
Timo provided me with valve housing and endcap for the tank cos he had couple of spares.
Trigger is timneys and barrel blank from LW.
Not going to be machining many barrels from 34mm blanks, scary and slow to lathe. For they are pricey.
Couple of pics of work so far.

Thanks, me too. Was hoping to finish the action this week, and then there is the not so nice bedding job to the stock.

For it being over 300bar gun, aiming to get past 500fpe with light bullets, around 300grains.

Wow...funny how 500fpe became the new 150fpe. Crazy how this sport has progressed just in the last couple years. I can't wait till I get my .357 built. Going for 200fpe with mine.

Little more done today, cocking handle, hammer retraction pin and mainspring holder done.
Transferport sleeve and couple more cuts to the bullet probe, mainly the o-ring groove and port from transfer to barrel are next on todo list. Picture of the cockinglever, made of ti round bar.

Action ready, and test fired with very weak spring and around 140 bar in the tank. Just a proof of concept, that it works. Now the not so funny part of inlaying the action to the stock. I hate wood dust.
Took one shot over the chrony with 290gr
Edit, picture of action and stock blank.

Over 500FPE. I don't think it is powerful enough. Sure would hate to see you shoot a squirrel and have it shrug off the shot...LOL!

Ok, first test shots taken 210bar fill. Nothing dramatic and everything works. Didn't have time to hookup the booster so only 210bar test.
But works ok and there's power in there, and more to be had with more pressure.
530fpe was easy with 290gr bullet.

Made a new radius cutter to properly inlet the stock, I'm not happy how it's sitting now.
One test cut on pine.

Thanks Brian,
And there's more in her, 340gr and 300bar broke the magic 600fpe marker
Some polishing of the hammer and tube and spring guide yet to do and see if that will gain any more with heavier bullets.

So continuing my testing, some more tricks up my sleeve. This is a test platform for ideas for the Fury, and the mods seems to payoff.
Checked bullet weights, 344gr/ 22.25g and I have the next hundred in my sights now, 675fpe current setup. Heavier bullets don't seem to do any more energy.
Now I need longer airtube for the plenum size is too small.
