NOTHING! The past three days were tee shirts and shorts, today was mackinaws and mukluks. That's okay, it'll be shirtsleeves again by Monday and we might just roll out the HW50S, et al?
Just got done shooting the 2240 testing the accuracy, since i didnt check after tuning it to max power. Suprized at the big difference 4 extra foot pounds makes in accuracy. Getting a half dollar size hole and upwards 6 inches from where the scope/power was last set for 70ft. Gunna wait for a nicer day so i can blast 200~ pellets down the yard and extra fine tune it for a bit more accuracy.
Shot a handfull of pellets to 70ft with the 1377, hoping the otherday was a fluke, i guess its time for a new barrel. I over abused it...Guess i didnt "shoot" footage either of the bird eating my coon food. Have a small motion cam (not a real trail cam) set under out deck pointing out to the yard. The bacon, pistachios, marshmallows, and bread is being eaten by a bird (snow prints show) but i cant find the culprit/species. I never heard of a "common" bird that eats meat/bacon besides hawks, and thats definitely not whats in the yard.
