Good idea with the Edge. I bodged together a rear peep sight for my .25 Striker and cut the foresight cover down to just a pair of ears. Loaded with Crow Magnums it is my current “snake charmer”. The swamp where I use this gun is so thick that most shots are under 15 yards. I can understand why you find the Edge to be such a handy package. #1. I think .22 is just about the right caliber for that power plant. After doing some more research I’m wondering if your Surge is based on the gas ram Air Hawk platform. #2. Does it have a plastic trigger blade?
