Your going to have to calculate HP requirements for depth of cut according to the material you are cutting. It looks like this is truly an engraver for the most part. The Mach3 software is easy enough to use and has plenty of post processors to use with CAM software already available. if you are planning on cutting aluminium or steel, it will be slow going. 200w motor isn't much power for cutting steel at anything over a deep engraving so lots of passes will be required. Repeat accuracy is only .05mm (.0019") and that will show up as ok to poor finish. The spindle has .03mm (.001") radial beat acuity. Not sure what that is by if it is what we call total indicated run out(TIR), That isn't good for precision work but will be fine fore engraving.
What kind of parts are you wanting to mill/cut, how large are they? Also, what kind of budget are you wanting to stick to and how much floor space do you have to spare? Are you just wanting really accurate single parts or are you going to be doing short production type work. There are some machines that take up an area of a love seat and are very capable. some even have an auto tool changers.

Engineering is the art of modeling materials we don't wholly understand, into shapes we can't precisely analyze, so as to withstand forces we can't properly asses, in such a way that the public has no reason to suspect the extent of our ignorance.
