I would like to ask what cad programs are used by airgunners?I used Autodesk products years ago, but way to expensive now. I also tried a student version of Solidwork$$$$$.I am trying Freecad now, its not solidworks, but seems to be capable of simple 3D stuff.Google Sketchup is no longer free, nor is it offered by Google, it's Tremble now.Autocad,Tinkercad,Solidworks,Fusion 360,Turbocad,Librecad (2d only I think)And many more.I'm retired, so very cheap or free for hobby use.P.S. I'm not sure where to post these question, so move it if you wish.
SolidWorks. Expensive, but I know how to use it fairly well. Need it for my consulting business anyway...
About the only thing that I've used blender for is making animations though but it does involve modeling also. Here is one I had forgotten all about making back in 2015.
