1701/Prod trigger parts update

I needed a 1701 trigger assy straight away for a new project.
The 1701 trigger assy is out of stock at Crosman and is now $51.
Ordered the parts to convert a 13xx trigger to a 1701 trigger.
I have a trigger blade so that is not included here, it was $5 a few years ago.
The screw adjuster and housing adjuster were very pricey at $15 a copy.
The tech had to call and confirm the price was accurate.

I've been waiting almost a month for a parts order. I've said it before, I'll say it again,
THAT WHOLE DEAL SUX.

The parts in my order were in stock at the NY location.
If the parts in your order are in Arkansas then that may be why they are delayed.

I called Crosman two weeks ago and they said they're still unpacking there and behind schedule.
The tech said she could take my order but the parts would not ship until they get settled at the new location in a few weeks.

I talked with Randy in NY and he was really nice and helpful.
He made no mention that the parts would not ship in the normal time frame.
I'd be surprised if I don't get a shipping notification in the next few days.

I'll be sure to let you guys know if and when my order ships.

Received shipping notification this morning.
Shipping from Rogers, Arkansas.

If you have items B/O then possibly your order won't ship until all the items arrive.
I'd call Crosman to find out why there is such a delay.

I haven’t emailed with Randy since Monday but he didn’t give me any hope about parts shipping from Arkansas.

 I placed an order on December 6th for $125.xx, it included a 1701 grip assy.
 Called customer service week before last, they confirmed it hasn't shipped and didn't know if it would.

 Fingers crossed.

Yes, the parts arrived the day after I received shipping notification.
One good aspect of the move is Arkansas is a lot closer than NY.

I think there's more to this story than what's being let on.
We'll see how it all shakes out but I think Crosman will be a vastly different company going forward.
Sadly the good old days may be a thing of the past.

Not to rub salt in your wounds but I made another order Friday and received shipping notification today from Arkansas.
