Iron sights on the Diana AM03/AM08

I wasn't really sure where to post this, the optics gate seemed to fit as close as I could find LOL.  I love the express sights on the rifle I mentioned in the title and I was wondering if there was a way to mount them or an aftermarket version of them on a Diana 350? Thanks guys.

I don't know what express sights are.  If it's the rear sight the hole spacing on the mounts is the same for most models of Diana rifles and has been the same since the sixties or before.  The front sight mount has varied significantly among the models and through the years.  I believe the 350 has a dovetail mount front sight as was used in the sixties.  Since the 460 sight is quite different I expect the AM03 sight would be as well.  Good luck.

I wish I could post pictures here Express sights are what they typically mount on African big game rifles like the 416 Rigby, I had a CZ rifle chambered in 416 Rigby that had them. I think they would look really cool on the 350 in addition to being very sturdy.

Thanks for your reply YOGI I'm aware that Express sights aren't as precise as other sights but what you described "short distances, quick acquistion" is exactly what I'm looking for 👍🦝<< LOL!

Nope!

The AM03 was a MAUSER issued version and therefore has a fixed base rear that is laterally adjustable with a vertically adjustable front leaf.
The rear base is mounted on the barrel, so, that COULD be replaced, but the front base is mounted on a ramp that needs a tapped hole in the barrel, and that is a serious gunsmith operation because it is all too easy to perforate the barrel completely through, and/or make the tapped section so shallow that the front sight assembly gets recoiled away from the gun.

The AM08 does share the barrel block with the 350, so if you get a complete barrel block assembly, you may be able to fit it to your gun.
CAVEAT.- all blocks are hand fitted to the guns, so a replacement block may have excessive droop, or it may even fail to fully lock.

What you CAN mount in any DIANA airgun is the Premium Korn for the 34 EMS. And that is a ramp that will allow you to use different inserts with an open/notch rear sight, OR a peep sight by Williams.
