I don't think so.... The EPP/UG design is slightly heavier than roundball in all calibers, or at least should be.... The original one in .45 cal was 155 gr. while a roundball in that cal. is 143 gr.... A 200 gr. in .50 cal is the same ratio relative to a 185 gr. RB....

Or slightly bigger if you wan't to do sizing... I take always wider and size bullets down to right size. No need to worried that and your bullets are exact same diameter. Or if you need try different alloy.

I've only bought one mold from accurate, it was a two cavity with two different bullets in it. I ordered "centered" tolerance with my alloy and they drop on the money exactly. My suggestion would be to spend the extra 15 bucks and get two different style bullets, you never know what your gun will like. Also, I wouldn't purchase his smallest mold block in a .50 cal it will get too hot very fast and unless you put a temp probe in it you'll likely throw out of round bullets from always being overheated. My mold is .357 (drops at .358) with the smallest block size, and it is a struggle to keep the temperature where it needs to be

I'm not familiar with the evanix guns but a quick google search says .496 diameter. Hopefully someone with more knowledge will chime in. If it were me I would order .497 "centered" and size down accordingly assuming the barrel is close to .496
Do you know what type of lead you will be casting with? Because that will make a fairly large difference in the size the bullets drop and accurate take that into account when you order your mold

The groove diameter is the larger diameter of the bore.... The land diameter is the smaller diameter, measured inside the rifling.... You want the bullet to match the larger diameter, plus or minus about 0.001".... Only your barrel knows what it likes.... You can always order it on the large size, say 0.001" over the groove diameter, and then buy a sizing die and some bushings for groove diameter, 0.001" over and 0.001" under, but then you need a press for the sizing dies....
If you don't want to do any sizing, and you know for a fact that the Hornady roundball actually measures 0.495", and they chamber easily.... and that is the only information you have.... then I would order 0.495" and hope for the best.... Alternately, post a thread asking for advice on bullet diameter from .50 cal Evanix owners.... or maybe ask Travis?....
