Make sure you have enough plenum to get the velocity your after. Sure you already thought about that though. It will be interesting to see what the gun will do when regged.
Nice! You didn't hesitate to void your warranty in the name of science! Hopefully it works great.

I'm a serial warranty violator BC81 call the airgun cops lol!! Oooops not working great yet during testing abit ago it started burping air out the gauge hole each shot. Plenum seems a bit short.
You'll get it sorted I'm sure. I hear ya on the warranty stuff, I voided my 5 year crosman warranty on the akela within the first week lol
Is the plenum the part you have between the valve and gauge block? What type of reg do you have? I would think the plenum should be towards the fill end then the reg put in last before putting your fill end on. Kind of like my fortitude.
Couldn't you butt the plenum up to the gauge block and use it as extra plenum? Thats how I have mine set up. Then I have the gauge to let me know the reg is holding its set point and I also have an indicator when it goes below the set pressure as well.
By those numbers it doesnt look like the reg is working. I get 40-50 shots out of my Fortitude with custom guts and altaros reg shooting 15.89gr jsb's around 820fps. I think you could achieve something close to this with the barra
How is the cocking effort? Looks like if you leaned on the hammer spring a little more it might wind those first half a dozen shots up into the high 700's and flatten it out a lot. Jmho. Also, what psi is a 100 bar. I recommend 1600-1800 psi. Hope this helps. Enjoying the thread and what your doing with a cool little value rifle.
I would turn it up to 125 ish and see what happens. 1650 psi is on the lower limits for velocity IMO. Plus the added pressure helps close the valve quicker saving air. How big is the throat on the valve? I was able to open the fortitude valve throat to .140 if I remember right. I know they are complete different guns but if a disco reg fits it then probably pretty similar. I also put a very light valve spring into the fort valve. You could also try 15.89 gr ammo too.
