I will remind everyone of our forum rules and the discussion of particular items. I ask that you respect our forum and our rules. There is a good reason for not allowing the discussion of HOW TO make certain items. Yes, these items are all over the internet and are legal in some states. But not in all states. But what crosses the line is discussion HOW they are made. Don't go there!!!!

This should apply to certain reactive targets, also. The home manufacture of such items can be, and in this day and age, probably will be charged as a FEDERAL OFFENSE. Not to mention the possibility for loss of life, limb, and/or eyesight.
You want that type of target, buy it legally.
I have a little over 20 years experience of dealing with said items. The most dangerous to have to work with is what someone thought they HAD to make.
I'll step down off my soapbox now.

Man how things have changed. The things we did & made as kids, by today's standards we'd be on the domestic terrorist watch list for sure.    :o
