Daystate Regulator tester

Well I am working on getting the regulator set on my MK3, but it would be nice if there was a tester to set the regulator before gassing the rifle back up. I do have access to a machine shop, so I wonder how hard it would be to make a tester? Should just need the thread size, a port for a gauge, then a fitting.....correct?
Either that or does anyone have the ability to set the regulator?
I have some 8mm delrin coming to replace the seat material.
Or if anyone has any ideas or thoughts.
Thanks guys
