Just in is the brown factory case, I have never seen one anywhere.  The green cases are pretty rare only seen a couple. Looks to me the green case was an improvement over the brown?  These were offered in their early catalogs and then dropped. The label on the brown case is leather glued to the top.  The green label is embossed directly onto the fabric.
