I also looked at that deal at FS, since I missed out on the .25 underlever deal. I wonder how the wood looks on those Strikers. Can they be as nice as some of the other Hatsan stocks (figuring and grain). It's only $20 more for the wood version.Nathan
They may not have the Quattro trigger but with maybe 20 minutes of work and a .23 cent screw from your local hardware store, they can be made better and yep, like grimeszee said, the stocks are Beech but still very nice looking.And yep, the 95 stocks are Turkish Walnut, I have 2 of them, both refinished although the 2nd one now has an 87 QE in it.

I can't argue with the wood, though. My Striker is in a beautiful beech stock. I wish I could have gotten a Torpedo 100X for the price I got the 105 for, because I would have preferred the walnut stock, myself.
