I do from mine,
I set the front and center section/rest parts up high and have enough of the butt stock, in rear clamp section,
to lightly hold the rifle upright, provides enough height for me to throw a towel on the mobile sniping station,
to provide some padding for these knobby elbows etc.
I remove the tool/cleaning holding section out and there is enough room for me, I do shoot free style,
letting the rifle set in the front "V" rest and on the center section with out much hand pressure,
and light shoulder pressure, while very lightly pulling the trigger etc.
My left hand is under the butt stock to keep the rifle center straight up and true etc.
Be sure to tighten down the adjustment screws, to stop the play/wobble in the adjustment screws.
Tia,
Don
