1322 grip screws stripped. replacement without tapping?

I was out shooting my 1322 with a pal the other day when one of the grip screws just fell out. I use the crosman stock with it. I re-seated the screw and it eventually fell out again. When I got home, I noticed the stock was wobbly, so I took it apart and it looks like the holes for the screws on the pistol itself are a stripped out. I'm not entirely sure how that happened.
I don't have the means to tap the holes but I was curious if there were any maybe bolt or pin setups that didn't need the threading for the same space? At the moment, I just put loctite on the screws, got them in as tight as they'd go, and used athletic tape around the grip. The tape is actually pretty nice so I'll probably keep it but if I want to work on this thing later, I'm going to have to worry about those screws. Guess I might be buying some tools or maybe just the grip portion from another 13xx?

If you are talking about the front and rear screws that hold the grip onto the pump tube, there are a couple things to note...
The rear grip frame screw is actually threaded into the rear tube cap (end plug). That one is the easy one and you can either order a new one from Crosman or find them on eBay cheap enough.
End cap part number... 1322B002
The front screw is a bit trickier. It threads through the pump tube but is also threaded into the valve to hold the valve from moving inside the pump tube. If you choose to Tap, you have to tap it as well. You have to be careful with this one as you could tap to far, only tap it as far as it is tapped from the factory. It will take a taper tap to start, then a bottom tap to finish. Personally... You can get a new pump tube from Crosman, or again... Ebay. They are not expensive and might be a better route to go?
Crosman pump tube part number... 1322-065
Are you sure it is not the screws themselves that are stripped?
Rear frame screw...1322A029
Front frame screw... 130B031
Personally, I would try new screws first. They are Zinc and are designed to be the weak point. If you are sure that it is the threaded holes themselves, you might be better off just to replace the end plug and pump tube and use new screws with it. You will be surprised at how cheap these parts are from Crosman and they ship pretty quickly too.

Light switch cover screws are the same size as the grip screws FYI.

Pretty sure he means the 6-32 side grip screws.
Grip frames are cheap and can easily be replaced.
My grip frames are custom powder-coated though, which means I've spent money on them, and if the holes on mine were botched, I'd retap them for bigger screws or repair them.

I'm talking about the hole for the screws in the frame itself. Part 1322A051 that consists of the inside of the grip, the trigger guard, etc. There's a hole in the middle that the screws set into (unless i'm not understanding something). That part is slightly stripped out. Was thinking about rigging up something like the threaded roll pin up front but I might just get some tools to re-tap the holes or just get that part if I can find it.

Have you ever heard of the matchstick trick that woodworkers use for a wallowed out screw hole? The same trick will work, here, but with a sliver of metal.
If I have a brass drill shaving laying around, I'll put a piece of that in the screw hole. Failing that, I'll cut sliver off a piece of thin gauge brass sheet.

that should be pretty doable, thanks!
as an aside, does anyone know what size these screws are for the grip or if there's a centralized location with that kinda info on it? searching for 'screw size' here on the forum was a lot to sift through.

Give Crosman a call with your part number 1322A051, you may be pleasantly surprised.

If you buy a brown light switch cover you'll get two screws with it almost a perfect color match.
