Always enjoy your builds! Especially this one
This many years later and based on general @ for caliber and power ... 90 to 110 bar Figure where approximate sweet spot was pressure wise and bump it up a smidge being you will be running on plenum and not entire tank for each shot.
I keep blowing o-rings screwing the tank into the reg... I have to be missing something.Side question: Does anyone know the o-ring size that goes on these Theoben bottles? The one that seals between the bottle and the reg body. I bought a pack of 10 from Best Fittings when I bought the parts I needed, but at the rate I'm going through o-rings, I can't keep buying them from the UK...

Sounds like the piece that opens the bottle is either up to high not seated all the way tight or the stem on it is to long you want the oring going into the adapter all the way before it opens the bottle . If it has a reg in it and it is loose it will mess up the reg settings as well the piece with the stem also has part of the regulator seat on it as well
Tom, I think you did the right thing ordering the reg and v-block assembly from RAW (Rachel?)....simple robust design on that assembly! Getting it to fit the stock (wood) is an easier job than using the Theoben reg and adjusting for that....getting close...so is the Dawson build! Both coming to fruition.
What are the threads on the theoben bottles? I have a spare bottle from my RedWolf...
