Several candidates but after much deliberation this one came up on top ;Tracking this boar about 30 yards behind and to the left of him waiting for him to turn and give me a chance, he eventually turned but started to come towards me, first I sat down but then I had to lay on my back because he was getting real close, at about 8 yards he turned and game me a broadside I shot the bow from my back and made a perfect Heart shot,...recovered in 25 yards. It's a shot I will never expect to duplicate, ever.

It reminds me of the Fred Asbell shot on I believe his bighorn. If I remember correctly he inched up on his back with very little cover and had to take the shot from his back with his recurve. I need to reread that book, it’s probably been 20 years since I read that story.
