James I think the best guy to deal with is Bin, he answers his phone and talks to you regarding whatever it is that you need, he's probably the best to order from too.
I think a side effect of my Mrod mag cover swap was thet the .177 Mrod mag is thicker than the OE AEA clear cover, so it is a snug fit now.[smg id=8418] <~ Click Bigger

Interesting I wonder if some tape on a mag would achieve the same result.

I wonder- is there a vendor who sells Mrod mag components? It would be a simple thing to swap out the clear mag covers. I gotta say, I’m not a fan of the AEA mag design in general. I’m sure once you get used to it, they’re easy to load- but the whole wind the spring with the cover, load a pellet backwards from the front, then flip it & load the rest takes some getting used to. I’ve been spoiled by my Daystate & Artemis mags.
I absolutely hate that style of magazines it keeps me away from many guns, I just can't believe manufacturers still make them.
Bill I honestly think SPA partnering up with Diana was one of the worse things the could have done, ever since then the way I see it the popularity of SPA products have gone to pot drastically. I think that now AEA is probably at the top for the China built guns. I'll look at my Airmax Dominator (still holding air from probably 2 years ago) and I always think I should get it out again.
