I have been neglecting to ride it much so...Dang I envy you. I had a 69 S90 years ago. I’d love to have one today to restore just for fun. I did bupkiss. Sat around on my fat tukas all day. I did throw the tennis ball for the dogs for a while. Cooked stir fry for my wife and child. After dinner I drank a wee bit of rum and smoked a pipe of Latakia. Pretty good day as far as I’m concerned. 12

PCP/CO2/HPA Air Gun Gates "The Darkside" / Re: Upgrading FX Crown Mk1 to Mk2?« Last post by mwgm2020 on Today at 12:34:49 AM »This question is old and now mute. The new dynamics look to be making the crown line obsolete.

Air Gun Gate / Re: What airgun related did you do today?« Last post by Blowpipe Sam on Today at 12:31:40 AM »Yes, that really looks good. And I have lots of beeswax since I keep bees. Might try it on my next wood stock. Thanks y'all. The picture really doesn't show the luster of the finish. These old Crosman Elm stocks are stubborn. This one has been treated a half dozen times and the best I can do is a modestly glossy satin finish. The Turkish Walnut on the Hatsans looks like it has been lacquered after just two applications 15

Crosman-Benjamin Air Gun Gate / Crosman Custom Shop Prices« Last post by fireslinger420 on Today at 12:05:22 AM »I notice that the price on their barrels for the 2400kt and 2300kt are not the same. Is there a difference between the two airguns beside the breech and size of the co2 tube? I know I paid less than $130 many years ago for the 2400kt and at that time that was a better deal than having to buy a 2240 and mod it to 2400kt specs (which i believe is only 3 parts: barrel, breech, and stock), but now the price has jumped to starting at $225 and the 2300kt at $175. Wow. Thats pcp price these days. I just dont see crosman selling a lot of these airguns at the price they have it set at when the options out in the market are so abundant. Let me know what you guys think about these post pandemic pricing.

I took it down the road east a ways past the end of the pavement to the end of the dirt road too, when I got back I rode it up and down the hills on the property. It still runs great! 18
Spring/ Gas rams / Re: I installed new spring in HW50S. It will not cock!« Last post by w9trb on March 28, 2024, 11:44:19 PM »I decided to go ahead and re-install the original spring and nows the rifle rocks and fires correctly! So, I guess maybe the Tinbum kit is either spring bound or even the wrong spring?

Vintage Air Gun Gate / Re: Observaton Of After Market Seals« Last post by Ronno6 on March 28, 2024, 11:43:26 PM »Are there "Factory" seal kits for the 1400??
Me thinks not. Be that the case, ALL seal kits will be aftermarket...... The typical seal kit is composed of O-rings, and in the case of Crosman, a pump cup. I believe that is the standard 2100 etc. cup. Much depends on the owner's ability to install the seals properly, and knowing how to diagnose problems if they arise. A lot depends on product support after the sale........always a plus. 20
