Title: Delrin donut or thread tape

Hi all.

I have a Air Venturi Fill Assembly Hose with a 1/8 bspp female connector. I ordered a foster connector to attach. It came with a delrin donut which I had never seen before. I was going to use thread tape to put these together but would like to know if I should use the donut.  It doesn’t seem to allow for as solid a connection as thread tape would.

I’d like any advice from the experts. Thanks.

Use the delrin piece.
It will seal better

BSPP seals on the delrin seal, not the threads as a NPT does.
