Sam's Skin N Scuba in Independence should be able to fill to 4500.

I called out there today and left a message and got a call back from the guy, seemed real nice asked me questions about my tanks etc. price for fills is very reasonable and he told me that he fills to around 3000 and lets them set overnight then tops them off the next day to 4500 since they get hot. I liked the sound of this gentleman and will be making a run out there to drop off my two tanks this Thursday. I have a compressor to do it but just a little on edge at times when filling them. I will use it to air the guns up and keep the tanks in reserve for when I go out.
Thanks for the heads up the last place said they could do it till I got there and said they couldn't.

Sorry that I sent you on a bummer. They may have different people working there. I used to get 4000 psi fills on my steel doubles, but they may have changed how they do things.
