I got my new parts in from MellonAir and finished up the mods on my 2400KT. Here's the specs:
10 inch .177 LW barrel
RB grips that I stained and applied a satin finish to match the Outdoorsman stock on my Disco carbine.
HiPac with green spring
Steel barrel band
MellonAir flow-through bolt
MellonAir power adjuster
Ronnie Easton trigger shoe in chrome
1700 trigger group and hammer
I polished the sear on the trigger group and notched the hammer with a dremel to miss the breech screw. Below is a pic. I'm not a machinist and it's not perfect, but I'm happy with it for a first try.
I'm stoked that it is done. The only thing left may be some sort of stainless steel muzzle brake if I can find one that'll fit with the HiPac.
It's too dark to do any performance testing tonight, but I'll do that tomorrow. I was pretty satisfied with the performance before the MellonAir mods, so hopefully it'll just have improved. I run the HiPac at CO2 pressures so I wouldn't have to pin the valve.
Thanks for looking!

I took it out this morning before work and shot 5 8.64 grain pellets over the chronograph. Starting at 1400 psi it starts at 616 and drops exactly 10fps per shot. Should be just peachy for squirrels at short range, but my intention is to use it mostly for paper, so I'm going to try backing off the power to about 350-400 fps and see how my shot count does. I am starting to get curious as to what would happen if I pinned the valve and brought it up to 2000 psi.
It was down to about 1200 psi after the five shots and it takes less than 5 pumps to get it back up to 1500. This means at this point it's around a pump per shot, which is nice.
