Another dumb question probably but what exactly are you hunting that you need 30fpe or big power to take down?
Did some looking around. And it seems that the Hatsan 125 Sniper is what would be the best pick for me.Looked at some .22 as well and the Diana 350 Magnum looks to be the best bang for the buck. Also checked out the Hatsan Vectis because it's in the same price range. The air rifle I really want is the Seneca Sumatra 2500 .25. They can make big power.

IMHO the Sniper stock is nicer but there is no need for the big pickle suppressor on 25 caliber. For the 177 near mach1, it DOES help. The 17.7" barrel on the non-sniper version verses the 10.6" barrel on the sniper version probably makes very litle difference for the 25 caliber.I LIKE the Mod125 series, but if I were to get another 25 caliber non-PCP I'd opt for one of the 150-155 series Torpedo underlevers. Those are BIG HEAVY rifles but my 22 155 is easier to shoot, LASER accurate, and is actually shooting ABOVE Hatsans ratings (factory refurb, unmodified).

I'm not a fan of thumbhole stocks. So the regular works for me. I like a pistol grip though, but not on a springer. Seems awkward when using the action. The inch of barrel probably makes a power difference. Especially with a .25.The issue I've seen with the under lever is that it doesn't like to hold up. It'll fall after you shoot it. Diana and Weihrach fixed it, but made it take longer to use.
Have you considered one of the new repeaters coming to the market? I don't know if any of them is or will be in .25 caliber. I own the Gamo Swarm Maxxim and I love how quickly you can take a follow up shot. However the Maxxim only comes in .177 and .22.
The Theoben Eliminator .25 produce 33FPE. https://www.pyramydair.com/blog/2008/07/beeman-crow-magnumtheoben-eliminator-part-1/
My 125 Sniper Vortex is producing 30.88 ft/lbs.at ~740fps. It prefers Vortex Supreme and H&N Crow Magnum pellets for accuracy. Some other pellets I've tried have given poor accuracy; you may have to try a bunch to find which pellet the Hatsan prefers.Tight groups,Bob
