NSA 20.2's are the bomb !! Try them instead of 17.5'sLikely .217 or the 217.5 sizing in an LW .22 std barrel. 216.5 or .217 in a poly.JMO tho ...
Awesome work Kirk! My LRT .22’s barrel likes the NSA 17.5gr .2175 @ 935ish. Keep trying all the NSA @ different speeds. At closer distances, slugs have a tough time being as accurate as pellets. At 50yds, I was hitting a 1/2” branch easily with slugs and a pine cone @ 135yds in really no wind. Just takes time to find “the slug” your barrel likes. Have fun!

Thanks Randy,I'll try the 17.5 grain slugs again to confirm my barrel doesn't like them. There seems to be many nuances to "get right" before earning consistent, long range accuracy.Since I've taken apart every piece of this gun and played with it , I'm learning how Martin tuned it, but at lower power levels.
